Trudeau To Make Small Reshuffle To The Federal Cabinet

Tomorrow at Rideau Hall, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will make a minor cabinet reshuffle.

According to sources, Major ministers are not anticipated to change due to the Liberals’ front-bench reshuffle. Instead, the changes will concentrate on smaller portfolios.

The decision to move comes before the federal cabinet retreat that will take place in Vancouver, British Columbia, the following week, where Trudeau and his ministers will meet to discuss priorities and lay out their plans for the fall.

This reorganization of some ministry positions might be an attempt by the Liberals to restart after a summer plagued by worries about inflation, airport congestion, and in light of the election of a new federal Conservative leader on September 10.

As per schedule, the Parliament is to reconvene in the week of September 19.
