The list below of the 5 most wanted in Canada was made public by the Bolo program. These are sought by York Region, Windsor, Calgary, and Edmonton police departments and the RCMP, OPP, Sûreté du Québec, SPAL, and U.S. Marshals Service.
The Bolo program, which refers to “be on the lookout,” amplifies wanted posters. There is an unprecedented reward for information on the following.
Kier Bryan Granado

The Calgary Police Service has issued a national arrest warrant for Kier Bryan Granado for first-degree murder. Since accusations were brought against him in July 2019, he has been attempting to evade arrest. He is also subject to an INTERPOL Red Notice. He has a reward up to $100,000.
Nouraldin Rabee

The Windsor Police Service has issued a national arrest warrant for Nouraldin Rabee for first-degree murder, kidnapping, and forced detention. He is the subject of an INTERPOL Red Notice. For any information, his price reward is up to $50,000.
Tommy Ngo

Toronto Police Service is investigating a murder committed by two individuals. The first suspect surrendered and later admitted guilt to manslaughter in court. However, the second suspect, Ton Quoc-Hoang Ngo, also known as “Tommy Ngo,” is still is wanted for second-degree murder across the country. Information reward money is up to $50,000
Youcef Bouras

The Service de police de l’agglomération de Longueuil (SPAL) has issued a Canada-wide warrant for the arrest of Youcef Bouras for first-degree murder. He is the subject of a Red Notice from INTERPOL and has reward money of up to $50,000.
Jabreel Elmi

Jabreel Elmi is the only defendant still free, and the Toronto Police Service has warrants out for his arrest across the country for first-degree murder and two counts of attempted murder.
